1. About BibleYes

BibleYes (“the Service”) is a free Bible reading platform. Our mission is to make the Bible accessible, clear, and free for everyone. The Bible will always be free on BibleYes.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BibleYes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on BibleYes. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use the Service.

4. Free Access & Bible Content

The Bible content on BibleYes is and will always remain free. BibleYes is committed to ensuring that God’s Word is never locked behind a paywall. The free tier provides full access to all Bible translations and reading features at no cost.

5. AI Assistant

BibleYes provides an AI Assistant that offers commentary, explanations, and insights on Bible passages. The AI Assistant is provided for educational and devotional purposes only. It is not a substitute for pastoral guidance, professional counseling, or theological instruction from qualified clergy or spiritual advisors.

BibleYes makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses. Always consult your pastor, spiritual leader, or trusted Christian resources for guidance on important matters of faith and life.

6. Pro Subscriptions

BibleYes offers optional Pro subscriptions that unlock additional features. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.

7. “Spread the Bible” Donations

BibleYes offers a “Spread the Bible” program that allows users to fund Bible-sharing advertising campaigns. All donations made through this program are non-refundableand are used solely for advertising campaigns that spread God’s Word online. Donations are not tax-deductible charitable contributions unless expressly stated.

8. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with others or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. BibleYes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Privacy & Data

BibleYes does not sell your personal data. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Content Disclaimer

All content on BibleYes, including Bible translations and AI-generated commentary, is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. BibleYes disclaims all liability for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content.

11. Intellectual Property

Bible translations available on BibleYes are in the public domain or used under their respective licenses. The BibleYes name, logo, and original content are the property of BibleYes and may not be used without permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

BibleYes may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will post the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
